Church Bulletins

After crawling through bureaucratic treacle for months we now have a faculty (effectively ecclesiastical planning permission!) for the removal of our defunct pipe organ.  We intend to remove it in the week of 7 to 13 July, fully expose the ancient screen currently hidden behind it, and fill the space created with the pews that were there originally.   The Parochial Church Council (PCC) intend to raise the money to fit a decent second hand/ex-display electronic instrument with pedals and a double manual keyboard – the point of the latter two features is that this would be the sort of instrument that itinerant/peripatetic organists would be happy to play.  The PCC have set a budget of £15000 for this project and have already set aside £5000 into a Designated Fund to pump prime fundraising.

Lastly, we are looking for a few more flower arrangers to join the roster.  I am sure you agree that the church benefits hugely from the efforts of the current team.
